A few answers to questions you might have about the artwork, products, ordering, and shipping.

All designs in the shop are original artwork created by me. Original, one-of-a-kind artworks are clearly identified in their product descriptions.
Other products featuring Granny Graffiti are made by small companies with thoughtful production and good business practices.
Product descriptions include sizing and other important details. If you have any questions about a particular item, please send me a message. I'm happy to help!

All orders are packaged and shipped by me from my home studio. I do my best to get orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible.
Shipping is a flat rate, which varies depending on the type of product. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking information is provided for original artwork orders.
At this time, I ship within the United States only. I'm sorry I can't offer international shipping just yet!

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Because this is a small, independent artist shop (Hi! It’s just me - Carole!) I am unable to offer exchanges or accept returns for changes of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. If possible, include a photo of the item and its packaging so I can better understand what happened.
I approach every situation with care and on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to make things right whenever possible and ensure you feel good about your purchase.
Thank you for supporting me!

I'm open to custom orders of all sizes and enjoy working with people to bring creative ideas to life. If you have something in mind, let's chat!
I've been an educator for nearly 30 years, and my experience as a practicing, exhibiting artist includes more than 100 solo and group exhibitions regionally, nationally, and internationally. Over the years, I've led workshops, given artist talks, participated in panel discussions, and developed creative programs for a wide range of audiences.
I also offer hands-on Granny Graffiti workshops where participants can create their own pieces.
I'm available for workshops, artist talks, collaborations, and other creative projects. I'd love to hear what you're thinking!
